Ready to Answer the Call?
We're always looking for brave men and women who take pride in where they live.
No experience necessary — all training and equipment provided at no cost. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Two Ways Out of Every Room
Every family member should know at least two ways out of every room in the house in case one exit is blocked by fire. Practice your home escape plan at least twice a year with everyone in the household, including children. Pick a meeting spot outside — like a mailbox or tree — so everyone can be accounted for.
Dryer Lint Is Highly Flammable
Failure to clean the dryer lint trap is the leading cause of dryer fires. Lint is extremely flammable and accumulates fast. Clean the lint screen before every load, and have the dryer vent and ductwork professionally cleaned at least once a year.
